Sevenoaks Summer Festival was established in 1970. It is now run by volunteers on a not-for-profit basis and has become a major community event spread over two weeks, celebrating the breadth, depth and diversity of artistic activities and opportunities in and around the town, augmented by celebrity concerts. 

Each year through the generosity of sponsors we adorn Sevenoaks town centre with 120 specially-made Festival Flags to publicise the upcoming Festival. The flags are rigged a couple of weeks before the start of Festival and remain in place until the final weekend.

Why sponsor a Festival Flag? 

• To help brighten Sevenoaks and attract footfall to the town 
• To show staff, customers and visitors to the town that you support local community efforts and want to associate your business with a community success story
• To help us grow the visibility, public awareness and profile of Festival
