your event will be publicised on this website under EVENTS and our Facebook page.

IN THE ABSENCE OF A BROCHURE, THERE IS NO CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS, WHICH MAY BE SUBMITTED FOR ANY DATE BETWEEN 1 JUNE AND 31 AUGUST

By submitting images with your application, you are confirming that you:
- own the image or have obtained permission or a licence from the copyright owner to use the image
- agree to indemnify Festival against any claim of unauthorised use.

Because there's no brochure to publicise your 2026 event(s), we've halved the principal fee.
Application fees are automatically calculated according to the following tariff:
Ticketed events or free events held in a pub, restaurant or similar hostelry: £15 for the first event, £5 for each additional event Free events not held in a pub, restaurant or similar hostelry: No charge for the first three events, £5 per event thereafter NOTE THAT IF YOU ELECT TO PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD YOU MAY BE ASKED TO ENTER YOUR POSTCODE AS WELL AS YOUR CARD DETAILS |
