VOLVER, (premiered 2006), is a warm and amusing film featuring Penelope Cruz as Raimunda and her sister, (Lola Ducnas), who are visited by the apparition of their mother, (Carmen Maura), who has returned to reconcile with her daughters and resolve an issue that has haunted the family since her death. Pedro Almodovar's critically acclaimed film portrays the way the presence of the dead continues to add richness and humanity to the lives of those they leave behind, which is at once hilarious and yet filled with emotion.
Spanish tapas are included in the entry price. Alcohol and soft drinks will be available to purchase.
Reception to start at 7:00pm. Film screening to start at 8.00pm.

The Main Hall and the Ship Theatre are situated at Walthamstow Hall's Senior School in Holly Bush Lane, Sevenoaks, close to the Vine cricket ground. The Main Hall can take an audience of up to 250, depending on layout. The Ship can seat an audience of 199 on two levels and has a 'thrust' stage design.
Car parking is available in the school grounds and nearby roads
