An Evening with David Gower
Sunday 26th June 2022 7:30 PM
Pamoja Hall, The Space, Sevenoaks School
David Gower, the legendary former England cricket Captain, will be taking guard at the Sevenoaks Summer Festival being interviewed by agent and friend Ralph Brünjes. Generally considered one of the most stylish left-handed batsmen of all time, the Kent-born blond-haired ex-1980s heart-throb will be sharing his thoughts on 2019’s Cricket World Cup win, the Ashes and of course his personal career highlights from both on and off the pitch. This is your chance to hear straight from the Sky Sports anchor everyone misses. Expect a host of colourful tales, from captaining his national team to victory in the Ashes to memorably flying that Tiger Moth over Queensland.
